Debasri has over a decade of industry experience in publishing, having worked with some of the most prominent global publishing houses.

She was Managing Editor at Amazon-Westland between 2017-19, managing their non-fiction imprints.

Before that, she was editor at Penguin Random House India, HarperCollins Publishers India and Wimbledon Publishing Company (Anthem Press), London. She has published award-winning fiction titles and best-selling non-fiction titles from the subcontinent.

She has worked with Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, General V.P. Malik, Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Sri M., Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev, Lord Meghnad Desai, R. Gopalakrishnan, Mukesh Bansal, William Bissell, Sidharth Rao, Apurva Purohit, Prakash Iyer, Ashutosh Garg, Jeff Keller, Rudrajeet Desai, Apurva Purohit and Malini Agarwal, among others.

Her last stint was as Director of Content & Strategy at Spark.Live, where she worked with expert professionals, influencers and creators to monetise their skills and offer live courses to the next half billion.
